Request
The client sends a request to the EDEN Atelier, including a description, dimensions, and quantity of the desired pieces.
Availability
The Atelier reviews current availability and shares photos and videos of in-stock items.
Calculation & Delivery estimate
EDEN provides a preliminary price estimate, including delivery to the client’s nearest port.
Confirmation
The client confirms the selection and quantities.
Payment
Once approved, the client makes a payment and the order is confirmed.
Shipment
Before loading, the Atelier sends final photos and videos of the packed goods.
Please note: all EDEN pieces are made from natural wood. Variations in shape, cracks, and organic imperfections are part of the material’s authentic character — and not considered defects.
Minimum order quantities or value may apply depending on the destination, order type, or project scale. Please check with the Atelier for details.
